Arbeitsbeschreibung - Customer Support Specialist

comstruct, the platform transforming materials procurement for construction companies, is driving the shift to digital and automated processes. We're looking for exceptional talent to help us empower the industry with smarter, more efficient solutions.

We are looking for a full time Customer Support Specialist to join our GTM team.

In this role, you'll be the go-to problem solver for our users—turning technical challenges into great customer experiences. If you love digging deep to uncover root causes, take pride in finishing what you start, and thrive when helping others succeed, this is your chance to have real impact.

As a hybrid company, we value in-person collaboration and expect employees to work from our Munich office 3 days a week

What you’ll be building 🏗️

  • Be the first point of contact for users via chat, email, or phone—typically when something isn't working

  • Troubleshoot and resolve everyday issues like login problems or syncing errors—independently, and with a structured mindset

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to product and engineering, providing the right context and documentation

  • Create and improve support documentation to empower users to find answers on their own and promote a self service approach

  • Spot patterns, process insights, and share user feedback to improve product and customer experience

  • Collaborate across teams—you'll work with product, engineering, and operations and become one of our product experts along the way.

What you need to succeed ✨

  • Clear and empathetic communication, especially when others are stressed

  • Genuine enjoyment in helping others and remaining emotionally steady under pressure

  • A structured, systematic approach to problems with a drive to get to the root cause and resolve everything

  • Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk — with Hubspot being our current tool of choice — or a strong motivation to learn quickly and get up to speed

  • Fast learning ability paired with curiosity to understand how things work, from product logic to browser behavior

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German; French is a plus, especially for supporting our Swiss customers.
