Position: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Onsite)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours between 9 AM and 8 PM
Language Requirements: Fluent in German AND English

Job Mission:

As a Customer Service Officer, your mission is to provide exceptional service by ensuring customer satisfaction with each interaction. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, offering expert assistance and resolving inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat). Your efforts will directly contribute to fostering positive relationships with our customers, making sure they feel valued and heard!
