Our Customer Support team is seeking a Customer Support Working Student (f/m/d). You will play a crucial role in supporting us in providing a flawless customer service experience.

As a part of our collaborative culture that values growth and innovation, you will gain a deep understanding of Moss' customers and how our Commercial Department operates. Additionally, you will gain exposure to modern technology stacks such as Salesforce.

We are looking for someone who is interested in a Working Student position for at least 6 months.

What you’ll be doing


No day is the same at Moss, but here’s an idea of what you could be doing day-to-day:

  • You support our team in handling customer support queries via calls, chat, and emails

  • You gain insights about our customers’ needs through your interactions and channel these back to our team to improve our customer experience

  • You build cross-functional relationships with other departments, in order to be able to find fast solutions for our customers

About you
We think you’ll need the following qualifications to succeed in this role. But even if you don’t think you meet all the criteria, we’d love to hear from you! 

  • Fluent in German (C1), and English (C1), verbal and written

  • Currently pursuing or already have a Bachelor’s/Master's degree

  • Available to work for 15 –20 hours per week

  • Customer oriented - You empathize with your customer’s challenges and pain points to better understand their needs and find a swift solution.

  • Team Player - You interact with your colleagues respectfully, you're approachable and calm, and you don't let your ego get into the way of helping when needed.
