For our european distribution center in Weil am Rhein we are looking for you as Customs Coordinator (m/f/x) as a parental leave cover.

Your Responsibilities

Import customs clearance from third countries
Shipping declaration DHL and daily price query for upcoming special transports
Invoice control
Freight cost documentation and control
Master data maintenance
Contact to forwarders and the customs office

Your Profile

Completed commercial training or equivalent knowledge
Experience in customs is an advantage
Good MS-Office knowledge, especially Excel
Independent and committed work
Fluent German and good English skills
