{ your_responsibilities: [

• Establish and run continuous user interview formats within product teams, ensuring regular customer engagement.


• Define, plan and conduct customer research that impacts roadmap prioritization.


• Facilitate structured workshops to align teams on customer insights and opportunities.


• Design and execute hypothesis-driven experiments derived from research findings.


• Support peers and help scale discovery practices across teams.


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into strategic actions.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

• You have strong qualitative research skills: in-depth interviews, usability testing, prototype testing, JTBD, task analysis, customer journey mapping.


• You have the ability to independently frame research questions and work effectively under ambiguity.


• You have mixed-methods literacy including statistical reasoning, survey design, UX metrics, and A/B test interpretation.


• You are experienced in design thinking and service design: you know how to setup a design sprint or run an ideation workshop.


• You are confident in workshop facilitation and known for clear storytelling for diverse stakeholders.


• You have a high level of autonomy, accountability, and structured research planning skills.


• You are professionally mature and stay calm under pressure.


• You have strong skills in business relevant synthesis and communication (OST, opportunity mapping).


• You have a proactive mindset, mentoring skills, and strong collaboration.


• You have excellent skills in presenting, facilitating workshops, and aligning diverse stakeholders in both German and English.


• You are passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!
