Role Responsibilities

• Act as a digital marketing advisor for advertisers, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
• Analyze and evaluate social media advertisement analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist advertisers with their strategies and budgets.
• Understand customer needs and contribute to the successful implementation of sales funnel strategies.
• Identify trends and proactively tackle undesirable developments to create impactful advertising campaigns.
• Meet and exceed KPIs, including call success (average 24 minutes), pitch rate, and quota achievement in marketing strategies.

Your Profile

• Native Czech speaker with excellent communication skills.
• C1-level English proficiency is required.
• Holder of an EU passport or a valid German work permit.
• Proven B2B sales experience (applications without B2B sales experience will not be considered).
• Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy.
• Excellent time management and computer skills.
