Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage potential candidates for various roles across industries
• Conduct preliminary interviews and screenings in both Danish and English
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand and address their hiring needs
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information
• Support the recruitment process at all stages to ensure a seamless experience
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our talent acquisition strategies

• Fluency in both Danish and English is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Self-motivated individuals who thrive both independently and in a team
• A proactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail
• No prior recruitment experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided
• Familiarity with online job boards and social media for candidate sourcing is beneficial
• Willingness to travel to Greece for a fully paid 3-month training program
