Data Center Facility Solution Manager (Presales / Technical Solutions)

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for Data Center Facility Solution Manager (Presales / Technical Solutions on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in the Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Marketing – Run pre-bid technical consultations with clients / consultants, guide
  

• requirements, and embed our core value propositions.
  

• Bid Strategy – Analyse tender technical requirements and shape differentiated, competitive solution strategies.
  

• Solution Design – Work with R&D and design teams on high-level system selection and concept solution development.
  

• Value Packaging – Distil technical highlights and commercial value into professional, client- facing materials.
  

• Proposal & Clarification – Support technical proposal preparation and lead bid-clarification responses.
  

• Client Technical Engagement – When needed, engage the client's technical decision-makers (CTO / engineering / consultants) to align on the solution.
  

Experience/Qualifications: 

• Solid technical fundamentals in electrical (MV/LV power distribution, switchgear, transformers, UPS, PDUs) or cooling systems for buildings/critical facilities.
  

• Ability to win over a technical audience — confident, credible communication with CTOs, engineers and consultants.
  

• Strong learning ability — you can quickly get up to speed on data center standards, Client products, and evolving requirements.
  

• Fluent English
  

• Willingness to travel (~30%) across Europe.
  

• Experience in data center power distribution or cooling is ideal — but you do not need to
  

• have worked inside a datacenter.
