We are looking for you to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Accountant

Your responsibilities:

• Erlös- und Forderungsbuchungen, Buchung von Gebühren im Zusammenhang mit Zahlungsverkehr
• Übertragung und Auszifferung von erhaltenen Zahlungen (über diverse Zahlungsdienstleister) mit dem Kundenkonto im Debitorennebenbuch
• Bankenabstimmung 
• Forderungsabstimmung 
• Übertrag von Nebenbuch auf Hauptbuch (SAP) sowie Haupt-/Nebenbuch-Abstimmung
• Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Ausführung von Zahlungsausgängen und deren Verbuchung

Bearbeitung von

• • Kundenanfragen mit buchhalterischem Hintergrund (via Customer Care)
  • Ermittlungsanfragen der Staatsanwaltschaft in Bezug auf Kunden
  • Factoring/Inkasso Benachrichtigungen
  • Anfragen von Banken

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Debitorenmanagement - idealerweise bei einem international ausgerichteten Handelsunternehmen
• Sehr gute Microsoft-Excel Kenntnisse
• Hohe Zahlenaffinität
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
