Dedicated Air Sales Representative

As a Dedicated Air Sales Representative, you are a key growth driver for our strategic Air and LCL products. In this front-line commercial role, you actively generate new business, develop critical trade lanes, and deliver volumes that optimize asset utilization. You will win new customers, build long-term relationships, and ensure a smooth onboarding into our solutions—directly contributing to sustainable growth and the success of our core markets.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and win new customers with regular Air and LCL volumes

• Build a strong pipeline through proactive lead generation using sales tools, networks, and market insights

• Leverage relevant value propositions to sell tailored Air/LCL solutions

• Prepare spot quotes and support larger RFQ opportunities

• Collaborate closely with local product teams to ensure competitive pricing and volume growth

• Successfully onboard new accounts and accelerate volume conversion

• Cross-sell and upsell complementary services such as Customs and Haulage

• Drive new business on strategic trade lanes aligned with asset optimization

• Ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations and customer service

• Transfer strategic accounts to key account teams when required, ensuring a seamless customer experience
