Processing and preparation of regional and international dishes
Serving dishes and visual presentation on the buffet or a-la-carte
Assisting with the compilation of menus, daily and seasonal menus
Organizing food orders, monitoring stocks
Compliance with the applicable food hygiene and safety regulations

Training in a recognized training occupation in the catering industry.
In the absence of training - at least 2 years of work experience in the catering industry or a comparable industry
Good German and English language skills at a competent level (level B2/C1)
High guest and service orientation
Strong communication skills and independence
