  • Processing and preparation of regional and international dishes 
  • Serving dishes and visual presentation on the buffet or a-la-carte
  • Assisting with the compilation of menus, daily and seasonal menus 
  • Organizing food orders, monitoring stocks

  • In the absence of training - at least 2 years of work experience in the catering industry or a comparable industry
