Your tasks:

Act as the central communication hub for the department, ensuring seamless information flow.
Think on your feet to quickly address and resolve emerging issues.
Intervene effectively and diplomatically to keep processes moving forward.
Format documents with precision, ensuring consistency and style.
Utilize your strong command of the Microsoft Office package to create polished and professional documents.
Pay close attention to details to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.
Manage daily mail and correspondence.
Update data on Sharepoint and checklists.
Arrange travel logistics and itineraries.
Organize and manage events, meetings, and department schedules.
Provide general support to the department as needed.

Your Profile

You have an academic degree or successfully completed vocational education.
Your prior work experience has equipped you with relevant skills for this role and confirmed your affinity for these tasks.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and at least basic knowledge of German. Additional French and/or Spanish language skills would be appreciated.
Full command of Microsoft 365 and your attention to detail shines through.
You enjoy playing around with different graphic tools and style applications.
You have a strong passion for diversity and are open to a variety of team structures and cultural backgrounds.
