Arbeitsbeschreibung - Deputy Head of Product and Tech (m/f/d)

As the Deputy Head of Product and Tech, you will be a key member of our leadership team, working closely with our Head of Product and Tech.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading a talented team of Product Owners, Product Designers, and UX Researchers.
  • Co-developing the product strategy for the German market.
  • Collaborating on the roadmap for the German product and tech team and coordinating with international Heads of Product and Tech to align with global goals.
  • Managing budgets and recruiting new talent for the product teams.
  • Set KPI’s and ambitious goals for our product teams. 
  • Organizing hackathons and lab days to foster innovation.
  • Participating in various forums, including architecture and design sprints.
  • Has a hands-on mentality and is solution oriented. 
  • Experienced in working with multifunctional product teams and collaborating with marketing to attract and retain consumers.
  • Knowledgeable in product lifecycle management and effective in an international matrix organization with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A coaching and inspiring leader who fosters a data-driven innovation culture within the organization.
  • Experienced in leadership and management, with the ability to guide and support divers and international teams effectively.
  • Excited to take on a technological challenge while achieving social impact.

  • You speak fluently English, and have at least basic German skills (Or willing to learn).
