POSITION OVERVIEW 
 

We are seeking a talented Designer (m/f/x) to join our team in Germany. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that blend strategy and creativity. As a Junior Designer, you will collaborate closely with other creatives, strategists, and consultants in high-performing teams to develop compelling visual solutions for a diverse range of clients.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
 

• Visual Design: Create engaging and high-quality designs across different client touchpoints such as presentations, launch events, and other materials. 

• PowerPoint Expertise: Develop sophisticated and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that communicate complex topics in accessible ways. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute  
  creative solutions to project objectives. 

• Brand Alignment: Ensure all design work adheres to BCG BrightHouse  
  and client brand guidelines across regions and cultures.  

• Innovation: Stay current with design trends and incorporate best practices  
  into your work. 

• Project Management: Manage multiple projects and communicate workload  
  proactively while meeting deadlines.
