What you will be responsible for:
- Develop thermodynamic models and algorithms for sizing heat exchangers
- Determine characteristics properties of heat exchangers based on thermo-hydraulic measurements as input data for your models
- Support development projects with your expertise in thermodynamics
- Design and evaluation of experiments
- Suggest improvements to our lab capabilities targeting better precision of your calculations
About you:
- Master's degree or PhD in physics, mechanical or process engineering, with profound knowledge in thermodynamics, heat transfer and two-phase processes
- Experience with fin heat exchangers preferred
- Knowledge in production technology / manufactory
- A structured way of resolving technical challenges effectively
- Programming experience
- Fluent in English, B-level German language skills, preferably C-level or fluent
- Readiness to travel
