You are the digital driving force for our DACH business. As a strategic IT Business Partner, you shape digital strategies, drive innovation, and ensure our technology creates measurable value. A key position with significant scope in a global food leader.

How you will contribute

• Digital Strategy DACH: Development & implementation

• IT Partnership: Bridging Business & Global digital organization

• Value Creation: Deliver the right digital solutions that enable business growth

• Future Ready: Embed AI in the organization and augment employees capabilities

• Portfolio Management: Steering IT projects (concept to realization)

• Operational Excellence: Smooth IT operations & escalation management

• Compliance: Data protection & labor law (Works Council)

• Site Engagement: Fostering MDS presence on-site

What you will bring

• Experience: Several years in IT/Business (ideally FMCG) with hands on experience in implementing technology solutions

• Strategic Thinking: Business & IT strategy development

• Stakeholder Management: Senior-level communication & persuasion

• Digital Mindset: Passion for innovation, analytics, digitalization

• Languages: German (native equivalent), English (fluent)

• Personality: Proactive, results-oriented, hands-on

• Matrix Environment: Experience, ambiguity tolerance
