Digital Marketing & Growth Manager (m/f)

You love working with people, marketing and data - and you know the SaaS world. You recognize patterns even in large amounts of data and then find the perfect moment where you can bring the right people, the right idea and Speexx all together as one. As our Digital Marketing & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for the development and continuous analysis of all marketing channels. You will find and qualify potential customers for our sales in Germany, Europe and around the world. You will work with a variety of resources; including our large international corporate client base, all of our online marketing, but most importantly, the latest growth hacking technology.

Responsibilities

• You turn data and touchpoints from the entire marketing funnel into real business for Speexx
• Together we constantly adjust the measuring points and metrics for the entire marketing process
• You find and develop potential corporate clients for Speexx
• You use a whole range of applications and tools, which we constantly expand and adapt
• You will work closely with the Digital Marketing and Sales Managers in our offices
• With product marketing and our PR, you develop campaigns for clearly defined target groups and support our trade fair appearances and websites all over the world.
• You are our ear on the market (customer needs, new trends, perception and visibility in the market, observation of the competition etc.) for the management and our marketing teams
• You always measure yourself against clearly defined KPIs and metrics that you develop together with us

Skills and Qualification

• Experience in a SaaS environment
• A university degree can’t hurt, but it is not a must
• Experience with digital marketing in an agile B2B market. Speexx is aimed at large international companies
• Analytical thinking, careful handling of data and a great passion for testing, analysis and constant review of processes
• Very good knowledge of social media, A/B testing, the corresponding analysis tools, CRM and Excel
• Experience with data analysis and applications such as Google Analytics, MixPanel, KISSMetrics, Tableau or others
• Experience with digital marketing campaigns in first contact with potential corporate customers
• You can express yourself excellently both orally and in writing
• Native language level in English
