Digital Solutions Business Manager DACH (m/f/d) 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Design and implement sales strategies and plans to develop and rapidly grow market presence and customer base for the Radiology Digital Solutions Business in the DACH Region
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering consultancy services that align digital solutions with their strategic goals and operational needs
  • Develop a sales pipeline with a focus on predictability and sustainability, integrating consultancy insights to identify and address customer challenges
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and pipeline management through to close, incorporating consultancy methodologies to tailor solutions
  • Build and develop strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs, and providing strategic consultancy
  • Engage leads and users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence with a consultancy mindset
  • Prepare forecast and reporting for use in organizational and strategic planning, budget setting, and financial forecasting, utilizing consultancy insights to inform decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience, integrating consultancy feedback to improve service delivery
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and trends, providing consultancy-driven analysis and recommendations

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Master’s degree in science/business or equivalent; candidates with a clinical background in radiology, such as radiographers, are encouraged to apply, provided they have demonstrated strong business acumen
  • Several years of relevant sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas in the Healthcare IT domain, or equivalent experience in a clinical radiology setting with significant exposure to business operations and strategy
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and/or B2B software sales, with the ability to translate clinical expertise into strategic business solutions
  • Proven ability to drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and pipeline management through to close, leveraging clinical insights to enhance customer engagement
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles, with an emphasis on strategic consultancy solutions tailored to healthcare settings. Proven history of working with high-level decision-makers, effectively communicating strategic solutions and ROI business cases, utilizing both clinical and business perspectives
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions, integrating clinical insights where applicable
  • Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across clinical and business domains
  • Hands-on mentality, self-motivation, team-player attitude, detail- orientation, and results-driven mindset, with a blend of clinical expertise and business strategy.   • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; French and Italian beneficial
