Your Profile as an AI & Digital Transformation Manager (f/m/d):

• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Several years of professional experience in project management, digital transformation, process automation, operational excellence, or similar roles within international and matrix-driven organizations.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional projects, supported by strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration capabilities across diverse business functions.
• Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI Agents, intelligent automation, and data-driven business transformation, with the ability to convert business requirements into scalable and value-adding digital solutions.
• Practical experience in the design, implementation, validation, and optimization of AI-enabled and data-centric solutions, ideally leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, RPA, Python, SQL, and Snowflake.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured, results-oriented, and proactive approach to managing complex business challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Fluent English language skills, a collaborative and innovation-driven mindset, and a willingness to travel internationally as required.
