Arbeitsbeschreibung - Director Central Operations (m/w/d)

Team Leadership and Development: Lead the Central Operations team to optimize our international operations organization
Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop cross-regional structures, processes, and IT tools for efficient fleet management and workshop infrastructure
Data Analysis: Use KPIs to monitor operational performance and derive strategic actions
Smart Operations: Implement smart technologies to enhance the management of bikesharing systems.
Process Optimization and Customer Focus: Drive efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Close cooperation with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Service departments to meaningfully advance the quality and performance of our products and services

Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field
Several years of leadership experience in Operations Management, ideally in the mobility or transportation sector
Proven track record in department leadership and process optimization
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with experience in data-driven management of complex systems (Six Sigma qualification desirable)
Experience in transformation management (introducing new structures, processes, or technologies) and working with a works council in this context
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in German and English (B2/C1)
Passion for sustainable mobility and innovative solutions
