Arbeitsbeschreibung - Director Engineering (m/w/d)

Technical and personnel leadership of the team in the area of research and development, focusing on software, system engineering, and testing
Strategic further development of the research and development sector with a particular emphasis on product development in power electronics and inductive charging systems
Creation and continuous updating of the product roadmap for the power electronics sector
Optimization and further development of processes within the research and development department

Completed degree (university, university of applied sciences, or technical college) in electrical engineering or software engineering
Proven leadership experience in automotive product development
Solid knowledge of development methodologies for mechatronic and electronic products
Excellent language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
Strong social competence as well as outstanding communication skills
High resilience, assertiveness, as well as adaptability, persuasion, and decision-making abilities
Comprehensive know-how in product development as well as relevant tools and methods
