Responsibilities:

• Act as a member of the Country Leadership Team, shaping overall business strategy and representing the voice of the consumer at Executive level.

• Lead brand strategy, positioning and communication as Brand Ambassador, ensuring strong alignment with Regional and Global Brand Teams.

• Drive sustainable growth through brand‑led demand creation, innovation scaling and portfolio optimization, in close partnership with Sales and Finance.

• Own Go‑To‑Market execution and the end‑to‑end customer journey, defining and executing Product, Digital, Trade and Media strategies with clear KPIs and ROI focus.

• Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing Marketing team, while driving marketing transformation with a strong digital and data‑driven mindset.

Qualifications:

• Extensive senior FMCG Marketing experience, ideally within strong consumer brands and complex go‑to‑market environments.

• Business fluency in German and English

• Deep consumer, shopper and customer understanding, with hands‑on expertise in IRI / Nielsen and other market and insight tools.

• Strong business and financial acumen, including KPI and P&L ownership and experience across Brand, Category and Project Management.

• Proven ability to operate effectively in matrix organizations, collaborating with Regional and Global stakeholders and agency ecosystems.

• Strong digital and media expertise, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills and an inspiring, trust‑based leadership style.
