We Are Looking For:

A Director of Data Science & Machine Learning to shape and own the data strategy, drive high-impact initiatives, and lead our team’s growth in building cutting-edge, machine-learning solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Own and drive the data strategy to align with our business goals, focusing on impact and scalability.

• Oversee key data initiatives that support product development and user acquisition.

• Build and lead a world-class data science and ML function, fostering innovation and best practices.

• Scale the team setting clear objectives and supporting their growth.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

• Report directly to the CTO, acting as a key leader within the R&D department.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in data science and machine learning, with a proven track record of developing and deploying ML models for impactful, real-world applications.

• Demonstrated leadership in managing and scaling data science teams, with a focus on growth and team development.

• Strong technical expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling, capable of addressing complex business challenges.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to convey insights and strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A strategic mindset, with a passion for innovation and a results-driven approach to delivering impactful outcomes.
