We’re looking for a Director of Engineering to join our Guest Experience team, to lead a critical part of our engineering organisation at a pivotal moment for Mews.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine technical depth, organisational leadership, and strong product instincts. You’ll help shape the next chapter of our Front of House department, as we work toward a future where Mews recognises guests at scale, delivers personalised experiences across the journey, empowers staff with automation and next-best actions, and becomes the CRM of hospitality.
