Jung von Matt is looking for a Director Social Media (d/f/m).

You thrive on creating captivating campaigns and content that leave a lasting impact and you are an expert at steering social media channels and leveraging your industry connections? If so, as our Director Social Media (d/f/m), we want your talent and experience to lead our social media efforts. With a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field, coupled with extensive experience in campaign and content development, you’re the person we’ve been looking for. You are fluent in German and you have very good English Skills.

Your tasks:

• Full end-to-end responsibility for social media projects and expansion of the business field
• Act as the social media expert in comprehensive campaign or client teams
• Develop and execute social media strategies and concepts in collaboration with creative and production teams
• Advise clients and enhance the social media capabilities within our team
• Expand and maintain partnerships with different platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and ensure knowledge transfer to the teams

• Proven track record in managing and developing social media campaigns

• Analytical skills to challenge existing solutions and creative flair to enhance our communication
• Proficiency with campaign and content management tools
