Leadership & Talent: Build and develop a high-performing SC team, define structure, set objectives, and promote diversity, inclusion, and career growth. Strategy & Planning: Align SC strategy with Sales and Corporate priorities; manage coverage, capacity, and resource allocation for maximum impact. Presales Excellence: Establish standards for discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts; partner with Sales on strategic accounts; drive ARR growth and win rates. Vertical Expertise: Provide thought leadership for EHT and MedTech; ensure compliance readiness and enablement for complex global environments. Collaboration & Feedback: Work cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Services, and Marketing; deliver market insights to influence product roadmaps. Governance & Reporting: Implement processes, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives for scalability and efficiency. 10+ years in enterprise software, with significant Solutions Consulting experience Proven track record of leading regional/multi-country presales organizations Deep expertise in EHT and/or MedTech Success in driving ARR growth and strategic programs Excellent communication and executive presentation skills Experience in global, matrixed organizations Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field Extensive experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Technical Sales for enterprise software Proven leadership managing managers and large teams Strong understanding of industrial product development and manufacturing processes Regional travel as required
