Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize all kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and other equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dishwashing area.
Ensure all items are properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized following established standards and procedures.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with local health codes and regulations.
Ensure all kitchen areas, including the dishwashing station, are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
Assist in general kitchen cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.

Previous experience as a Kitchen Help or Dishwasher is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
