Carry out a maximum number of assignments for our drivers
Daily monitoring of assignments: Validate assignments, check the situation, solve problems
Report and propose solutions to the operations managers for all operational problems.
Provide all relevant comments on driver recruitment to determine manpower needs (quantitative and qualitative).

You have a flair for technological tools
You are an excellent relationship builder, dynamic and a little open-minded about everything
You are able to act independently, take initiatives and have a strong ability to adapt.
Fighting spirit, situational awareness, persuasiveness, powers of observation.
