You will coordinate schedules, assess risk, align multi site engineering teams, and ensure that product readiness meets Micron\u2019s quality, reliability, and yield goals.\n\n \nNote: This is a program and product execution leadership role and not a people manager position.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Serve as the primary Engineering point of contact for assigned Graphics DRAM products.\n * Define the engineering schedule and deliverables for new DRAM products.\n * Build and maintain engineering project timelines for DRAM NPI activities.\n * Partner with Design Engineering to identify risks and define mitigation and redesign strategies.\n * Coordinate multi-functional meetings across Build, Fab, Technology Development, and Process Integration teams.\n * Lead completion of pre\u2011 and post-silicon checklists to secure a successful execution.\n * Forecast engineering sample demand and ensure product availability for validation, qualification, and customer needs.\n * Work together with multi-functional teams to support yield learning and achieve target yield performance.\n * Work with Manufacturing teams to secure resources such as probe cards, substrates, test hardware, and handling kits.\n * Support engineering debug efforts and root\u2011cause investigations for product issues..\n * Work with Global Quality teams on customer return analysis and test enhancement needs; support reliability qualification.\n * Partner with Program Managers (PMO organization) to align engineering roadmaps for next\u2011generation DRAM products.\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n * MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field.\n * 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, product development, design engineering, or a closely related field. \n * Proven track record of leading multi\u2011functional engineering teams in a matrixed environment.\n * Strong analytical and problem\u2011solving skills using data\u2011driven methods.\n * Effective communication skills, including presenting technical program updates to multi-functional partners.\n * Demonstrated experience running project schedules or product execution activities.\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * Technical Program or Project Management experience within semiconductor or IC development.\n * Experience with end\u2011to\u2011end semiconductor manufacturing flows (fab, probe, assembly, test).\n * Familiarity with memory or DRAM architecture.\n * Experience preparing executive\u2011level communications or briefings.\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSemiconductor Product Engineer 4\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
