Resource Management Center (RMC) Advisor As an RMCAdvisor you coordinate and execute the whole process. You report tothe Manager of the RMC team. On a daily basis, you will work veryintegrated with your colleagues on your location, and at the sametime be part of an international team of professionals. Yourresponsibilities as an RMC Advisor - Steering and guiding hiringmanagers on the process of hiring external resources - Effectivelymanaging business critical requisitions whilst managing stakeholderexpectations - Ensuring compliance to Vattenfall policies andnational law throughout the hiring process - Acting as the contactpoint for hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Procurement andother internal stakeholders - Acting as the contact for brokers,suppliers and temp agencies in close interaction with ProcurementKey daily activities - Managing incoming requests and interactingwith hiring managers regarding hiring procedures and managingexpectations about process, actions and delivery time - Executingnew requests (market search via brokers and suppliers/preferredcandidates), prolongations and changes in close interaction withhiring managers and brokers/suppliers - Steering the call-offs offrame agreements with brokers/suppliers towards benchmark rates andcoordinating the negotiations (executed by brokers) - Managing thecall-offs and creating purchase orders Besides the dailyactivities, you will be leading one or more cross-teamresponsibilities, e.g. supplier management, process management, inorder to continuously improve the ways of working. As an RMCAdvisor you ideally have the following qualifications - A completedapprenticeship as a personnel services clerk(Personaldienstleistungskaufmann / Personaldienstleistungskauffrau)or possession of an equivalent qualification in a relevant field -At least 2 years practical experience in contract, interim, orcontingent recruitment (Dienstleistungsverträge) - Profoundknowledge in legal and compliance in regards to contingentworkforce/contracting types - Experience of work with strongresult-orientation and able to meet tight deadlines and produceconcise information for senior management - Be able to demonstrateeffective stakeholder management and engagement - Will to seekknowledge to better understand business requirements - Attentive todetail but able to step back and look at the big picture - Highability to work independently - Strongly service minded,communicative and with an ability to act as a trusted advisor toour internal customers - Fluent in German and in English, spokenand written
