Dutch Sales & Marketing Agent

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and support in social media marketing, offering guidance to enhance business performance.
• Analyze social media advertising metrics and make both inbound and outbound calls to advertisers regarding their ads and budgets.
• Identify trends and potential issues early on and propose ideas for impactful advertising campaigns.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including call success (average call length: 24 minutes), successful implementation of marketing strategies, attendance, and pitch rate (number of successful campaign executions).

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch (C1 level).
• Strong proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing.

• Base salary: 33,000 euros gross per year (2,750 euros gross per month).
• Performance bonus: Up to 7,500 euros annually.
