Position Overview:
We are seeking a Dutch-Speaking Marketing & Sales Representative to become a key part of our Berlin-based team. This role is ideal for a fluent Dutch speaker who is passionate about social media and digital marketing. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our social media solutions, driving sales, and expanding our market presence in the Dutch-speaking region.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing marketing strategies, engaging with clients, and closing sales to help our clients achieve their digital marketing objectives.

Client Outreach: Engage with potential clients in the Dutch market, understand their needs, and present customized social media solutions.
Lead Generation: Actively identify and generate leads through research, networking, and digital marketing initiatives to build a robust sales pipeline.
Sales Activities: Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate our products to prospective clients, clearly articulating the benefits and value of our social media offerings.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Marketing Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns aimed at raising brand awareness and generating leads in the Dutch market.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics, providing regular updates and insights to the management team.
Content Development: Help in developing and localizing marketing content for the Dutch market, ensuring it is culturally appropriate and consistent with our brand messaging.
Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with various teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience and drive business success.
CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing efforts comply with local laws and regulations, as well as company standards.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential, with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging and persuading clients.
Interest in Sales and Marketing: A strong passion for sales, marketing, and the social media industry.
Customer-Oriented: A commitment to understanding client needs and delivering outstanding customer service.

Willingness to Relocate: Open to relocating to Berlin if currently based abroad. A relocation package is available for eligible candidates.
On-Site Commitment: Must be based in Berlin and ready to work full-time on-site at our office.
