 Content & Webshop Management

• Independent support and maintenance of the IronMaxx® webshop (DE/EN)
• SEO-optimized and multilingual creation and further development of content for our webshop and marketplaces, taking health claims into account
• Planning and development of marketing measures with online promotions and discounts
• Coordination and development of appealing newsletters for our customer groups
• Definition, project planning and implementation of measures in the area of content marketing

Marketplace Management

• Support and strategic development of our marketplace channels with a focus on Amazon PAN-EU 
• Maintenance, control and optimization of product listings and product data with regard to SEO
• Carrying out market and competition analyses and monitoring relevant articles
• Analyzing, planning and implementing marketing measures with promotions and discounts
• Responsibility for the effective performance of products and PPC campaigns
• Creating data-based reports and reports for scaling our Europe-wide product range

Social Media & Creator Management

• Holistic support of community management on all our social channels
• Content creation for our social media channels
• Responsibility for the target group-specific development and implementation of target group-specific campaigns for social media
• Measurement and reporting of relevant key figures 
• Supporting and recruiting athletes and content creators as part of the partnership with IronMaxx®
• Attending and organizing trade fairs, events and other relevant events

Performance management

• Conception, planning and management of our SEA activities with a focus on Google and Microsoft
• Proactive optimization of all relevant campaigns (search, shopping, display, remarketing campaigns)
• Monitoring and further development of our keyword sets
• Market research and independent identification of new trends, platforms and forms of advertising
• Coordination of SEA measures with the team as well as sustainable control and implementation
• Analyzing existing activities based on KPIs and deriving recommendations for action

Education

Experience

• First professional experience in a similar position or in a similar field of responsibility
• Experience in analyzing and managing performance data 

Professional Skills

• Good user knowledge of MS Office 
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Knowledge of SEO/SEA and analysis tools, such as Google Analytics

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills, charming and self-confident demeanor
• Negotiation skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Affinity for numbers & data as well as strong analytical skills to derive the right recommendations for action
