E-Commerce Sales Opener, UK Market (m/f/d)

We are expanding into the English-speaking market! Therefore, we are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for our sales team to help us connect with prospects in the UK market, pre-qualify potential clients, and strategically advise them on their business goals.

If you are motivated, articulate, speak fluent English, and find it easy to win people over, you are exactly right for us! Alongside an outstanding base salary, you have the opportunity to earn unlimited commission on the deals you prepare. At the same time, you have the chance to advance to a Setter and Closer in the medium term or become a Team Lead.

We are looking for hungry people to join our sales team and want to rise to become the international market leader in our industry together over the next 12 months. No prior sales experience? Career changer? During your onboarding, you will learn everything you need to execute the job. Prior knowledge in sales is not strictly necessary but, of course, an advantage.

Aufgaben

Cold calling potential new clients in the UK market

Conducting free initial consultations for needs analysis

Reaching out to existing contacts in our CRM system

Planning, preparing, and following up on appointments for our Strategy Advisors

Occasional visits to trade fairs, seminars, and similar events for customer acquisition

Qualifikation

• Fluent English skills
• Persuasive & highly articulate
• Eager to learn sales from scratch
• The ability to follow established processes
• A quick learner with high discipline
• Strong communication skills
• A calm, pleasant, and attractive speaking voice

Opportunities for further development and promotion are available in the coming years. The onboarding phase usually takes 2-4 months.
