The ProCredit Academy is the international training centre of the development-oriented ProCredit group, which consists of ProCredit Holding, located in Frankfurt, Germany and several commercial banks with an operational focus on South-Eastern and Eastern Europe, South America and Germany. Teacher (m/f/d) in Economics

Job Description: 

Join our campus and teach in the Economics branch of our staff development programmes! We are located in Fürth, in the beautiful, tranquil surroundings in the heart of Germany's Odenwald region, a one-hour drive from Frankfurt Airport. The position would entail teaching Micro & Macro Economics, Sustainable Finance,

Key responsibilities: 

Teach engaged and curious adult professionals to develop their skills and enhance knowledge 

Design and continuously develop course modules and concepts aligned with the learning objectives of the Academy. 

Give feedback, engage in assessment, and support participants in their development.  

Cooperate with other teachers and colleagues from the Academy. 

Starting date: 

Immediately 

Required qualifications:  

A master degree in Economics, PhD preferred. 

Openness, tolerance, interest in driving change and learning. Cooperating with others. Interest in sustainable finance. 

Experience teaching higher education, preferably in Europe 

Necessary job skills: 

Flexibility and ability to engage with and teach various topics related to Economics 

Strong command of English 

Ability to introduce and explain complex concepts within the economic context. 

Ability to design interactive teaching modules 

Willingness to re-locate to the Odenwald region in Hessen, Germany or adjacent areas 

Employment conditions: 

Full-Time/part-time unlimited contract 

Relocating to the region
