Sie haben Ihre Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik abgeschlossen und möchten jetzt als Jungfacharbeiter:in durchstarten?

Für unseren Standort Wiesbaden suchen wir eine:n Elektroniker:in / Mechatroniker:in, der bzw. die unser Instandhaltungsteam verstärkt und schrittweise mehr Verantwortung übernimmt.

Sie arbeiten an modernen, automatisierten Anlagen, analysieren Störungen eigenständig und tragen aktiv zur sicheren und zuverlässigen Produktion bei.

Die Tätigkeit erfolgt überwiegend in Tagschicht. Gelegentliche Wechselschichten sowie Bereitschaftsdienste werden zusätzlich vergütet.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Wartung und Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen
• Störungen systematisch analysieren, Ursachen erkennen und beheben
• Kalibrierungen und Inbetriebnahmen durchführen
• Anlagen optimieren und Anpassungen umsetzen
• Anlagenverfügbarkeit sichern

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik / Mechatronik – z. B. Elektroniker:in für Betriebstechnik, Elektroniker:in für Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatroniker:in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erste praktische Erfahrung idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Motivation, sich gezielt in Bereichen wie Automatisierung, MSR-Technik oder zur Elektrofachkraft weiterzuentwickeln

Ihre Fertigkeiten

• Interesse an SPS / Prozessleitsystemen, Aktoren, Sensoren und Instrumentierung
• Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich in neue technische Themen einzuarbeiten
• Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
• Hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
• Ruhe und Besonnenheit – auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
