EMEA Product Performance Manager

Building AI and automation into our targeting capabilities will be part of the role evolution. Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements. Drive best practices in data science. Ensure data quality and integrity in all processes. Mentor and guide junior data scientists. Stay updated with the latest trends in data science. Analyze product and merchant data fields to identify target segments and merchants for new products Collaborate with Product Managers to assess early adopter performance and refine targeting for full product launches Analyze sales and product adoption data to uncover opportunities for product packaging across key segments or verticals Explore opportunities to enhance targeting and product growth through experimentation (e.g., A/B tests, AI models) Develop dashboards, reports, and performance models to track product success over time Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders Deliver actionable reports with clear recommendations for improving product performance Contribute to roadmap planning by evaluating performance data and forecasting future trends Establish and champion best practices for product performance management across the organization Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Expert in Looker/LookML (semantic modeling, PDTs, row-level security) Strong SQL skills (window functions, query optimization, performance tuning) Experience building and managing governed self-serve analytics environments Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Python for automation
