Job description
To define plan and execute the appropriate strategy to maximize sales of Analog and Sensors in the Automotive market. Goal is to maximize market share and margins being aligned with the products groups. To identify new opportunities in collaboration with the sales force proposing the most appropriate technical solutions answering to customers' needs.
Deploy key information's related to products to our sales and FAEs.
Set the focus and clear actions plans on key projects in order to transform them into billing to contribute for new business generation.
Follow, coordinate business and opportunities status related to Analog and Sensors Products in the automotive field. (Create conditions to win).
Contribute to Products' roadmaps collecting and assessing new products needs and ideas for the EMEA market.
Develop close working relations with key customers and Products divisions.
You like to travel visiting customers in EMEA meeting with colleagues in the products groups having skills to express yourself about your activities and your plans to be successful on your perimeter.
Profile
Education Level Required: Fachakademie, Engineering School.
Years of Work Experience: 5 to 10, Desired or Preferred
Competencies & Knowledge are MEMS Sensors & Analog products for Automotive applications.
Other skills required: ability to work in team, self-organized to identify major projects identifying all steps required to transform opportunities into design wins.
English and German fluent.
