- Active communication with North African customers in the area of after sales service
- Interface between customers, sales, order management and technology
- Work on international tenders and feasibility assessments
- Independent processing of service and maintenance offers incl. commercial and technical clarification
- Creation and processing of spare parts quotations
- Providing customer support during customer visits (internal/external)
- Driving forward the day-to-day business
- Implementing projects to optimize and expand sales of service production and driving them forward
