What You’ll Do | Ihre Aufgaben

Own a personal pipeline end-to-end: lead sourcing → qualification → proposal → negotiation →
closing.Act as first point of contact for prospects and manage a consultative sales
process.Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets and actively manage funnel
conversion.Track pipeline health with clear KPIs (activity, conversion, forecasting).Contribute to improving lead generation, CRM usage, and origination
processes.Collaborate cross-functionally and support strategic initiatives in the German market.

development.Proven negotiation skills and experience closing deals
