RF IC circuit design and module co\u2011design, translating system\u2011level requirements into optimized circuit, package, and module solutions. Perform radio signal path and circuit topology analysis and detailed transistor-level design of highly integrated transceivers and associated blocks for wireless applications, WLAN, BT, UWB and GPS standards using advanced process technologies.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Circuit Design: Design and simulate RF/analog circuits (e.g., LNA, Mixer, VCO, LDO, Bandgap) meeting strict power, area, and performance specifications.\n\n * Simulation \u0026 Verification: Perform block-level verification using standard EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, EMX, ADS). Run PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature) corners and Monte Carlo analysis.\n\n * Layout Supervision: Work closely with layout engineers to guide floorplanning and ensure critical matching and parasitic requirements are met.\n\n * Lab Characterization: Participate in post-silicon validation, measuring bench performance against simulations using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and VNAs.\n\n * Documentation: Document design choices, simulation results, and block specifications for design reviews.\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n * Education: Master\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF/Analog IC design.\n\n * Technical Skills:\n\n * Understanding of basic analog building blocks (current mirrors, op-amps, references).\n\n * Familiarity with RF concepts (S-parameters, Noise Figure, Linearity/IP3, Impedance Matching).\n\n * Experience with Cadence Virtuoso and circuit simulators (Spectre/RF, ADS).\n\n * Lab Experience: Hands-on experience with basic lab equipment.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * PhD in Electrical Engineering.\n\n * Experience with advanced CMOS nodes or cutting-edge RF front-end circuits and modules\n\n * Knowledge of EM simulation tools (HFSS, EMX) for passive modeling.\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nMaster\u0027s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nPhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.\n\n\n\n\n*References to a particular number of years experience are for indicative purposes only.
