About the Role

We’re looking for an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic sales across the DACH region and broader EU markets. You’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and consultative discovery to negotiation and close—working directly with senior executives, innovation teams, and technical stakeholders.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll help define Synthflow’s enterprise go-to-market motion, influence product direction through client insights, and build long-term partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level opportunities, particularly across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales from discovery to contract execution and handoff to Customer Success.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points, map business requirements, and design tailored AI automation solutions that deliver ROI.

  • Executive Engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (C-suite, Operations, Innovation, and IT leaders).

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure alignment between client needs and our product roadmap.

  • Expansion & Retention: Nurture strategic accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Shape Strategy: Contribute to Synthflow’s enterprise GTM strategy, sales playbooks, and account-based engagement approach.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in enterprise or complex solution selling. Proven success exceeding quotas in high-growth B2B environments.

  • Language Skills: Fluent German (C1+) and English (C1+) — both are required for this role.

  • Enterprise Selling Expertise: Strong grasp of multi-threaded, consultative, and value-based enterprise sales methodologies.

  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI automation, and enterprise operational workflows.

  • Relationship Building: Skilled at developing trust and credibility with executive stakeholders and technical teams alike.

  • Ownership & Drive: A self-starter with a bias for action, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to operate autonomously.

  • Collaborative Approach: You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and bring ideas that elevate the whole team.
