CEC Solar has been successfully operating in the solar markets of Germany, the European Union, and Asia for 15 years. We possess extensive and in-depth knowledge in all aspects of renewable energy and are specialized in every dedicated step of the value chain for the implementation of complex solar PV projects. Our expertise portfolio ranges from planning to complete construction, commissioning, engineering, quality management, and coordination of PV projects.

Management of EPC project program, project team, and project contracts starting in the design phase through to O&M and client handover (PAC)
Project preparation including technical due diligence, management of documentation, coordination of multifunctional project team, and communication with external stakeholders
Project execution including cross-functional coordination with the construction management, coordination of acceptance procedures, and handover to the O&M
Discussing and agreeing technical and commercial specifics internally and with the client (including variations)
Risk management, troubleshooting, and problem solving
Accountable for costs, timeline and quality

Degree in the area of engineering or business, with at least five years of relevant work experience
Strong communication skills - systematic organizational approach
Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
Familiar with the process of procurement, construction and logistics of investment projects
Technical understanding of solar photovoltaics
Contract management experience
Willingness to travel
Languages: business fluent in German and English
