• You support renowned automotive customers and are in constant exchange with top decision-makers in the industry
• You deal with the opportunities and challenges of the automotive future on a daily basis and gain deep insights into the core topics of the automotive industry
• You leverage your know-how to develop top-notch, unprecedented solutions for the „software challenge“ of OEMs and suppliers
• You drive the build-up of the Berylls intellectual capital base by designing innovative PoV and insights
• You accompany projects from strategy and concept development to implementation and take responsibility for projects and project modules

• You have an excellent degree in business administration, computer science, computer or electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or related field
• You have at least 5+ years of professional experience in the field of vehicle software development – either hands-on or as a management consultant (ideally both)
• You have in-depth knowledge about automotive software and E/E development, test and integration processes and tools, and the interfaces to the “classic” vehicle product development cycle
• You have the expertise to discuss the evolution of vehicle software, connected services and E/E-platforms and vehicle operating systems and their implications for OEMs’ and suppliers’ profit pools, strategies and work models on expert level
• You are familiar in modern software development tools and methods, and have a good knowledge in cloud technology
• You have a proven track record of leading clients and/or teams through organizational transformation
• You are passionate about the future topics of the automotive industry such as digitalisation, connectivity, mobility services, autonomous driving and electrification
• You are an independent worker with a strong analytical and solution-oriented mind-set and a hands-on mentality
• You tackle challenges with enthusiasm and have a talent for thinking outside the box
• You have the ability to take on responsibility in a world-class team of management consultants
• You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
