ESG Consultant (EUDR) (m/w/d)

As an onboarding specialist, you are in direct contact with clients from various industries, from mid-sized companies to DAX-listed corporations.

You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our onboarding process and work closely with our customer success team to build strong relationships with our clients. You will support in the implementation and use of our software solution for EUDR compliance.

As European consumption accounts for more than 10% of global deforestation, your commitment leads to a real impact as our software helps to ensure deforestation free supply chains and restore our forests!

We love to continuously improve our services, launch new products continuously, and grow as a team - for this it is important to work together in the office 3+ days a week (Mannheim, Munich or Madrid)

• Conduct onboarding of new and existing clients on our solutions for EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) and provide clear guidance on tasks & responsibilities
• Independently conduct enablement sessions and ensure questions are resolved
• Collaborate with technical experts, as well as external consultancy partners
• Assist in creating enablement materials and conducting webinars
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding process
• Collaborate with the customer success team to strengthen relationships with existing users

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in management consulting, supply chain management or IT-project management
• The ideal candidate’s background from one or more areas alike complex consulting projects, in-depth supply chain know-how and IT-transformation respectively implementation projects helps the candidate always keeping cool even in demanding client situations and navigating through complex technological and stakeholder environments
• Ideally, experience in ESG, particularly in the area of EUDR
• Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Enthusiasm for active participation in a growing software scale-up
• Language requirements: English C2 and at least one of the following languages on C1 level (German, French, Dutch or Spanish)
