Arbeitsbeschreibung - EU Digitalization Support Engineer - Germany

We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as our new EU Digitalization Support Engineer!

What does a EU Digitalization Support Engineer do, you might ask?
Well, this role is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work – to still the hunger for sustainable energy!

In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day to day job:

Act as level-1 support to assist internal users on various applications in daily support, system training, Q&A etc.
Identify and trouble shoot application problems leveraging your accounting and technology knowledge and communicate with IT technical teams.
Escalate enquires in a timely manner to the development team for fixes, or to internal subject matter experts for issues requiring clarification.
Contact third party vendors when appropriate to request more assistance or report issues with functionality.
Document resolutions and workarounds in the knowledge base.
Build trust with internal users by regularly demonstrating a high level of expertise and professionalism.

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you. Let's see what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role:

At least 5 years of experience in IT areas, such IT solution implementation, IT support, etc.
English (C1) with excellent communication skills, Chinese is a strong plus!
Experience using MS office solution.
A passion for technology and desire to provide superior customer service.
