EU Senior product management of MV Transformer

Our client, a leading global ICT company, is recruiting a EU Senior product management of MV Transformer to join their business in Germany.

Job Description 

Responsible for Transformer product portfolio management in EU, including

• The new business models, new technology and new market trend insight
  

• New product and roadmap planning, and Joint innovation project management.
  

• Represent Client in the standard group, setup the Eco-system in regional markets to help Client lead the industry
  

Experience and Skill Requirements

• Market insight capabilities, including analysis of industry and technology trends, opportunities, key account strategies, and standard changes. Provide strategic comments to headquarters, and lead new business directions. Be familiar with the market insight methodology.
  

• Marketing competency, including interactions with customer experts, support some key and high level marketing activities and do technical support for the sales team
  

• Have R&D and Product Management experience of Transformer product, be familiar with transformer solution used in photovoltaic, energy storage Scenario.
  

• Understand the development trend of the transformer industry, and be familiar with the policies, market development direction, industry/standard organizations, and equipment suppliers of each country.
  

Other Requirements

• Bachelor or higher in engineering or science
  

• Adapt to frequent domestic or international business trips
  

• Familiar with MV/HV Transformer, MV RMU/Switchgear
