European Logistics Sales Manager / Specialist

Leading international logistics group, founded 2002, HQ Shenzhen. AAAAA-level, Belt & Road practitioner, 20+ years in Eurasia. Core: China-Europe Railway; plus truck, sea-rail, air, warehousing, customs, supply chain. Global network across 400+ cities. German office established 2024 in Düsseldorf – rapid expansion planned. We have 50,000+ containers, own vessels, and a proven localisation model (e.g., 50+ team in Moscow).

The Role

We are hiring 3 sales professionals (expanding to 5) to build our local sales team from the ground up. You will drive growth across rail, road, sea, and air freight, focusing on SME importers and cargo owners in Europe.

Key responsibilities:

Develop new clients and expand market share in Europe

Manage full sales cycle: prospecting contracting collection

Provide tailored logistics solutions and after-sales support

Achieve sales targets and execute territory activities

Handle accounts receivable and customer complaints professionally

What we look for (essential):

1–2+ years sales experience in international logistics

Deep knowledge of European cross-border logistics (rail/road/sea/air)

Existing client portfolio of SME importers/cargo owners in Europe

Business English fluency + hands-on experience with business norms in Germany, France, UK, Poland, Hungary etc.

Self-driven, able to independently complete the full sales cycle

Strong service mindset, emotional stability, and ability to work under pressure

Preferred:

Experience with European logistics firms (e.g., K+N, Kerry, M&M, DHL, DB Schenker, Ceva, DSV, Geodis)

Based in Düsseldorf or NRW, immediate availability

Base salary €4,000–6,000/month + commission 8–10% of gross profit (uncapped)
