Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

The End User Services (EUS) environment provides a standard Windows-based workplace setup that supports essential office productivity tools and business applications, enabling end users to perform daily operational activities efficiently.

EUSS collaborates closely with various IT and business teams on both global and local initiatives and projects.

Responsible for the evaluation, selection, support, and maintenance of desktop infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers, along with managing device lifecycle and technology refresh programs.

The organization is actively transitioning towards a modern workplace environment with a focus on cloud-based solutions, co-management, and Microsoft Intune capabilities.

Fulfill EUS-related service requests and provide local âHands & Feetâ support for activities that cannot be performed remotely.

Deliver local support for business-critical applications and end-user issues.

Perform device imaging, configuration, deployment, and setup activities.

Execute local technology refresh and hardware replacement projects.

Support evaluation and deployment of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Communicate effectively with end users during deployment and support activities.

Provide support and setup for company smartphones, including email and Microsoft Teams configuration.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset inventory records.

Manage the complete smartphone lifecycle, including provisioning, support, and replacement.
