Event Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events in Berlin and internationally. You will be responsible for developing strategic event concepts, overseeing end-to-end project delivery, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless experiences that elevate our brand.

Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute event strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.

• Manage all phases of event planning: from concept development, budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution to post-event evaluation.

• Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

• Source and negotiate with venues, suppliers, and third-party providers.

• Ensure all events comply with branding, safety, and legal standards.

• Analyze event ROI and create comprehensive reports to inform future strategies.

• Stay updated on event industry trends and integrate innovative ideas.
